Class Teacher Maternity Cover - September 2026
We have a dedicated and supportive staff within our 1.5 form entry school who work closely to provide excellent learning opportunities for our amazing children.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher with excellent subject knowledge across the Primary Curriculum. This person must be passionate about ensuring children achieve their full potential and recognising the significance of the role they play in this. A commitment to ongoing continuing personal and professional development is a must, as tis continuously displaying the highest of professional standards.
The role with be within Early Years/KS1.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some track record of excellent teaching, We define excellent teaching as consistently good (or better). Communication with parents and professionals is a major part of a class teacher's life at Fell Dyke: excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of personal confidence are expected.
High quality in-service training and support is provided to all staff, regardless of experience, to support their professional development.
Visits
Visits are strongly encouraged and must be booked via the school office. They are available at the following times:
Wednesday 1st April at 4pm
Tuesday 21st April at 9:30am or 4pm
